By booking an appointment or using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both our clients and our clinic and to ensure a safe, professional experience.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, therefore we ask that you arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened service or cancellation if it impacts subsequent appointments.

Cancellations & No Shows

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe, failure to attend, or repeated late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or full charge of the booked service.

Deposits

Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits are deducted from the final service cost. Deposits are transferable once with sufficient notice but are forfeited in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance.

Consultations

All services require a consultation prior to treatment. Consultations are designed to assess suitability, discuss expectations, and plan treatments safely. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Aesthetics & Advanced Treatments

For aesthetics and semi permanent make-up treatments, a full medical history must be completed honestly and accurately. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment refusal or complications, for which the clinic cannot be held responsible. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are mandatory for certain treatments including colour services, lashes, and semi permanent make-up. Failure to attend or refusal to have a patch test may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Results & Expectations

We strive for the highest standards; however, results can vary depending on hair condition, skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and previous treatments. Refunds are not given for dissatisfaction where the service has been delivered correctly and professionally.

Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following aftercare advice provided by the clinic. Failure to do so may affect results and longevity, and the clinic cannot be held responsible for outcomes affected by poor aftercare.

Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods only.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided on completed services. Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a corrective solution.

Behaviour & Safety

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour. The clinic reserves the right to refuse service and future bookings if this policy is breached.

Children & Guests

For safety and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas unless prior approval has been given.

Photography & Marketing

Images or videos may be taken for clinical records or marketing purposes with client consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Data Protection

All personal information is handled in accordance with data protection regulations and is used solely for appointment management, client care, and communication purposes.

Changes to Terms

Angie Monroe Hair Beauty Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
